I stayed at The Flying Fish for one night on a budget. The dorm was spacious and the facilities were new. The food at Finbar was delicious and reasonably priced, and the breakfast was solid. I appreciated the filtered water available at the reception and bar/kitchen. The staff, while not overly attentive, were nice and helpful when asked. The location was convenient, with easy access to the airport and various attractions. it was a chill place to relax and unwind.
Would recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. They made me feel welcome and were always ready to assist with any requests or questions. the location of the hotel was ideal, being close to the airport and ferry port. This made it convenient for me to explore the city and its surrounding areas. Another advantage that I appreciated was the cleanliness of the room. It was well-maintained and provided a comfortable space for relaxation.
the lack of amenities in the room was disappointing. I would have appreciated having a mini fridge or a kettle to make my stay more convenient.

The place had a unique and fun industrial decor, which added to the overall ambiance of the hostel. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing assistance whenever needed. the hostel is conveniently located, just a short tricycle ride away from the city center, ferries, and buses.
Although not a major issue, the hot water in our room was not working and the wifi signal was weak. the closest beach was not suitable for swimming or snorkeling.

I extended my stay at this incredible gem for 6 nights because I just didn’t want to leave. The rustic design, chill music, and cozy spots to relax make it a hidden oasis. Friday nights are like free concerts with great live music, food, and snacks. The breakfast options were delicious, and the staff, especially Fretzie, Nathan, and Kuya Guyz. The location is walking distance to the bay and many restaurants, with easy access to the airport and seaport.
Would recommend this hostel.
